RLI – A New Standard For Professional Development

Featuring a stair-step learning approach, the RLI delivers advanced leadership courses – designed for various levels of professional experience – that build to higher proficiencies of leadership acumen.

In addition to earning RLI Credits, each level offers participants opportunities to earn AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Participants will also earn course completion certificates for each course completed within a particular level.

Level I - Leadership Fundamentals

Participants must earn 10 RLI Credits to complete Level I. Upon completion of this level, participants will earn the Certificate of Leadership Fundamentals™.

Level II - Leadership Proficiency

Participants must earn 30 RLI Credits to complete Level II. Upon completion of this level, participants will earn the Certificate of Leadership Proficiency™.

Level III - Advanced Leadership Proficiency

Participants must earn 50 RLI Credits and an Advanced Leadership Practicum to complete Level III. Upon completion of this level, participants will earn the Certificate of Advanced Leadership Proficiency™.

Level IV - Leadership Mastery

Participants must earn 20 RLI Credits to complete Level IV. Upon completion of this level, participants will earn the Certificate of Leadership Mastery™.
