Leading Physician and Business Expert Named New RLI Medical Director July 10, 2015 The American College of Radiology recently named Frank J. Lexa, MD, MBA, medical director of the Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI). Lexa, a radiology business authority and educator, is an adjunct professor of marketing at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also Spain and East Asia regional manager for the Wharton Global Consulting Practicum. Lexa previously served as a clinical professor of radiology at the University of Pennsylvania and vice chair and professor of radiology at Drexel University College of Medicine. “We are thrilled to have a radiologist with Dr. Lexa’s sterling business credentials as the RLI’s new medical director. His worldwide medical and business experience is a tremendous asset to RLI and to RLI participants who have access to one of the foremost medical business experts,” said William T. The RLI also continues to update its groundbreaking offerings with two new educational experiences: The Leadership Accelerator Course is an innovative, 12-week online and self-paced, cohort-based program which satisfies all RLI Level 2 requirements.
