PROGRAM ARCHITECTURE

The following is the general program architecture so you know what to expect from the program, pre, post and during.

PRE WORK

  • Access the Program Portal — Review 360 data/profiling and pre-reading on leadership topics

  • Coaching Call with Facilitator

DAY ONE — THE LEADER ROLE

  • Entrance Interview  

  • Welcome & Introduction

  • Connect with small team and facilitator; review video statements and PDPs

  • Leadership Perspectives: Introduction to “Leadership as Action” and “Acts of Leadership” 

  • Experiential Exercise and Feedback: Illustrate and explore "Leadership as Action"

  • What’s My Leadership Proposition? 

DAY TWO — LEADERSHIP SIMULATION

  • Agenda Setting for Leadership Challenge

  • Leadership Simulation
    • Work in small teams on a simulation which explores and tests key competencies
    • Complex, interactive, continuous feedback loops and coaching
    • Teams combine and prepare presentations 
    • Surprise challenges — change and external threats/opportunities
  • Leadership Review and Feedback in Small Team

DAY THREE — PERSONAL CHALLENGES

  • Leadership Simulation — Presentation to external/internal panel followed by reaction, analysis and dialogue  

  • Leadership Review and Feedback in Small Team

  • Peer Consulting on Current Individual Leadership Challenges

  • Feedback/Personal Development Planning

  • Closing

FOLLOW UP

  • Peer/Quad Coaching Calls

  • Coaching Calls with Facilitator
