Lakshmi Balachandra is a leading expert in improvisation, negotiation and entrepreneurial pitching. She is Fellow in the Women and Public Policy Program at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government where she examines the impact of gender on entrepreneurial success in acquiring early-stage funding.

Marla Capozzi, MBA
Marla Capozzi is a part-time faculty member at Babson College, where she teaches Strategy. She is also a leader of McKinsey & Company’s Strategy and Global Innovation Practices, based in the Boston office. For the past 13 years at McKinsey, Marla has served global clients across sectors on topics ranging from strategy development, strategic planning, innovation, product development, commercialization and organizational change. She has done the majority of her work in financial services, consumer products and high technology.

Mark is co-founder and managing partner of the South Street Strategy Group, a Boston-based consulting firm that combines the best in strategy consulting with the best in marketing science to help companies develop superior growth and innovation strategies. South Street Strategy Group is a sister company of Chadwick Martin Bailey, a 25-year old top 50 custom market research firm. Mark has 20 years of management and consulting experience spanning industries including high tech, wireless, consumer products, financial services, insurance and publishing industries. Clients have included work with large organizations such as Cigna, Vanguard, GE Capital, XM Satellite Radio, Nextel, Verisign, Marriott International, Nextel International, and Suntrust.
Bill Lawler, MS, PhD

Dr. Lawler is the Leadership Professor, Strategy & Accounting, Babson F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business. His teaching and research focus on two areas: financial footprints of business unit strategy, and the impact of new technologies on accounting systems.
Dr. Paul Mulligan is an associate professor in the Technology, Operations and Information Management Division at Babson College. He teaches cross-functional courses that integrate the study of information technology and operations in the core curriculum of Babson's MBA program.
Cheri Canon, MD, FACR

Cheri L. Canon, M.D., F.A.C.R. completed her undergraduate training at the University of Texas at Austin, followed by medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch. After completing her residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, she joined the faculty in the abdominal imaging section.
Dr. Lexa is the medical director of the Radiology Leadership Institute (RLI). Lexa, a radiology business authority and educator, and an adjunct professor of marketing at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also Spain and East Asia regional manager for the Wharton Global Consulting Practicum. Lexa previously served as a clinical professor of radiology at the University of Pennsylvania and vice chair and professor of radiology at Drexel University College of Medicine.

Geraldine McGinty, MD, MBA, FACR

Geraldine B. McGinty, M.D. is a board-certified radiologist specializing in Women’s Imaging. She is Assistant Professor of Radiology at Weill Cornell Medical College and Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Campus.
Dr. McGinty attended the National University of Ireland, Galway, Ireland from 1982-1988 and was awarded her MB. BCh. BAO, with Honors, in 1988. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Columbia University in 2000.
Alexander M. Norbash, MD, MHCM, FACR
Professor and Chair, Radiology, UC San Diego
Dr. Alexander Norbash joined the University of California, San Diego, as Chair and Professor of Radiology in September 2015. He previously served as Chair and Professor of Radiology at Boston University from 2004 to 2015. He is an interventional neuroradiologist with an active endovascular neurosurgical practice, having an active practice since 1993 with a focus on arteriovenous vascular malformations, intracranial aneurysms, and stroke therapy. He is among the first clinician-interventionalists to develop and describe the technology of stenting for the carotid and intracranial arteries.
