This two-section webinar discusses the key performance indicators (KPIs) needed to run a radiology department.

The first section reviews the data needed to manage a radiology department, including productivity, finance, quality and strategic parameters. Emphasis is placed on the frequency information is needed and how to normalize the KPIs to desired performance.

The second part of the webinar presents a dashboard that is currently used by a large radiology department. It incorporates the KPIs presented in the first section. Lessons include how to build a functional dashboard and how to implement changes based on acquired data.
